Do you need an experienced property manager near Emory University or Decatur?

Hi, Welcome to our Emory Decatur Property Management website!

Please check out all the blogs we have provided about property management – we have posted these with you in mind!

Whether you are an investor or owner, it woud be our pleasure to answer any questions you may have about managing homes in the Emory area.  Please give me a quick call so we can schedule a convenient time for us to get together to formulate a plan that meets your goals for your investment home.  Then, we can work together to get them accomplished.

I have lived and worked in the Emory Decatur area for many years and work a small geographic area so I can give more individual attention to my customers and clients.

I began selling homes in Decatur with  a small family-owned real estate company in the early 1980’s, quickly becoming their top-producing agent, and remained there for five years.

When Re/Max began recruiting top agents in the Emory area, I decided to join Re/Max Executives and stayed there for 23 years.

In 2008, when the real estate market dropped in the Atlanta area, I left to form Atlanta Decatur Homes, representing buyers and sellers in the same Decatur and Emory neighborhoods.  I also extended our servicers to include professional property management.

Here’s a bit of personal information about me – I have three grown children, and three incredible grandchildren – all boys.

I grew up in Camden, Maine, and have a summer cottage on a pond about 10 miles from Camden.  Its always full each year with children, grandchildren and friends and I try to spend some time there in the late summer and fall.  Its where I “recharge and my “happy place”.

Please look over some of the articles and posts you will find here – it would be my pleasure to work with you!
